Please arrive on time. Any client arriving 15 minutes after their schedule appointment with no communication is considered a no show. Balancycare Spa honors and respects all client 's appointment times so these policy are strictly enforced and deposit are non-refundable. Please provide a 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your appointment. This is required in order to avoid the cancellation fee of $35. To ensure proper consideration, all appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
